Been a quiet week so far. I am enjoying my leave immensely. It is really nice not to have to cope with Army silliness and instead cope with Zachy silliness.
Experimenting with the sippy cup. So far it is good to hold, and throw (he can pitch it about 3 feet), but we haven't grasped the idea of drinking water out of it.

Newly shorn for spring!
To save the collective adult sanity, we put up the baby gate at the kitchen. Zach now keeps me company by playing peek-a-boo at the gate, rather than being constantly underfoot in the kitchen. It is kind of a pain to step over, but preferable to having a cooking pot accidentally on his head.
