Ben's Baptism Weekend Post 1

Getting 10 people together to take a picture is rough, but this crop of my mom and me is great!

Zach loved playing with his uncle

Waveing down passing airplanes? Oh, signaling for the Alleluia!

What a week!

The boys have been sick, we had work done on the yard, and we are getting ready for the Baptism. Mom and Dad have their hands full!

But I did get Ben to fall asleep in his bouncer

And Mom rocked Zach to sleep

We had fun outside

Brothers!

A fun week!

We met Andrew at work and spent Friday afternoon in Princeton. Zach was exceedingly well behaved at the restaurant and then got to play in the fountain.

Our first smile! Caught on camera, and directed at Grandad!
Yeah! Mom's about to feed me!
Well, 2/3's of them are happy

July 4th weekend

Well, that cute video was only one part of our festivities!

First, we went to read the Declaration of Independence at Borough Hall. Americans used to have a tradition in their towns of reading the Declaration on Independence Day, as a whole town. Our town historian, Kevin Coyne (ignominiously fired by the NYT in cutbacks) has been organizing this event for several years. It is an amazing site to behold a hundred different residents line up to read the words that started the Revolution.

Later we hung out on the porch

Ben was asleep for most of it

Zach enjoyed the hose

And we had a relaxing lunch with Ben's Godparents
